ABOUT ME

I am a Professional Counselor in addition to a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor/Mental Health in the state of Oklahoma.  I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma (BOOMER!) and my Master's Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.  After graduating, I worked in the Guthrie area with young people in the Community At Risk (CARS) Program, individuals and adults within the Logan County area. Upon completion of my licensure I made the decision to invest my time and passion in the Edmond community where I live with my family.

I have worked with people of all ages, ethnicities, orientations, and beliefs. While I base my practice in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, it is a priority to be educated on current research and theories that can be valuable tools in practice.  Additionally, this helps maintain positive and effective relationships through competency and evidence based practices.

It is a privilege to be on this journey with you.  I take your faith and trust very seriously and will work with you to seek renewed feelings of hope and strength that come with your own insight and hard work. When we are hopeful, we take better care of ourselves and are better able and more likely to participate in meaningful relationships with our loved ones.

I am committed to providing a judgement free and confidential environment allowing you the safety to freely express yourself.
