As many of us stay home and avoid crowds adhering to both CDC and state recommendations/guidelines, it is quite possible that we will all experience a range of feelings that could include anxiety, sadness, isolation, boredom and hopelessness (to name a few).  Know that you are not alone in these emotions and that there are outlets for you even while you are “sheltering in place”.

Like many of my colleagues, I have temporarily closed my physical office until we have better control over the COVID-19 pandemic.  During this time, I am scheduling sessions with current clients completely online.  If you are interested in scheduling a session as a new client, please text, email or call for availability.

We are all connected, we are in this together and you are not alone.

I offer professional, out-patient counseling to adolescents, teens and adults in individual, couple and family settings.  Mental health counseling and substance use/addiction services are available and sessions are provided in a confidential setting with an emphasis on cognitive behavior therapy.  While most sessions are provided in a private office setting, I do maintain a schedule for online, video conferencing sessions as well.

In addition to therapeutic services, I am an approved supervisor for Licensed Professional Counselor Candidates.

Research shows that the relationship and trust you have with your therapist is an important and necessary part of the therapeutic process, but sometimes people just don't "click".  As you begin your journey with me, I hope that we do, but if we don't - I will help you find someone that better fits your needs.
